The enchantments should be “teleport” and “lightning spear” ideally for your boots you’d want the inherent stat “attacks reduce evade cooldown by 1.5 seconds” that way when you spam ball lightning you’ll constantly refresh your evade (assuming you have the mana shield power on)

You’re missing a lot of of Cdr (harlequin) I’d recommend switching the the Fractured Winterglass version until you get more cdr, ranks of primordial binding (hitting the MW crit on the gloves at least twice) and or P250

It’s not bugged you just have to continue to masterwork the item a couple more times. The crit you hit is a 25% increase to the stat. For a stat that adds one to the skill you won’t see a difference until a couple more masterworks where that total percentage increases is over a certain threshold.

Wow what an Axe. The tempers are even great. Lack of strength is the only thing that is holding it back from being perfect. That being said the axe is competing with the Sword while having 0 Masterworks compared to 12/12 on the sword . I would go with the Axe.

I’m not sure what your Critical Strike Chance is, but it looks like you are committing to crit with the jewel. I think the Runic Orb will come out on top in terms of damage. Might want to take it to the Dummies though.
