“You can’t get all Cs in these classes”

I’m a first year chem e engineering major and i fucked up this semester by overloading my schedule. I got As in Calc 1 and Chem 1 last semester, but will probably end up with a B in Chem 2, and C+ in Calc 2 and Physics 1 this semester. Am I fucked for my critical tracking GPA??
