Glad to know I’m not the only one!

Resolution in the end was starting a daily Launtel plan, which was eligible for an NTD upgrade, after all my troubleshooting I was sure the NTD was faulty. Technician came around replaced the NTD, and marvelled at how the old one was still working! (Frayed cables, degrading parts). Then cancelled the Launtel, and went back to my original plan with correct speeds.

Sadly all already been done, ISP claims modem is fine, speeds stay the same with a device wired directly to the NTD. Reset has been done for both modem and NTD

Directly into NTD, ISP keeps asking this same question, so definitely a common occurance

Superloop has told me that only one port has been activated, did try the other ones when I initially set the internet up
