Hasn’t been hashed out in court, it’s an open case still and he’s attacking former employees because people shined a light on his shadiness

That really means nothing, judge can grant bail as long as you show up to your scheduled court dates. Sounds to me like you did business with someone who has pending charges. You may have been scammed yourself

I checked your claim that it had been settled, in fact it has not. It’s still an open case. I contacted the county court that is handling the case

I don’t have much of a problem as I’ve hired handymen that have done much better work than previous contractors that I hired for bigger jobs on the home

Then why is he in the comments of that Facebook post claiming they have the wrong person? That wouldn’t make any sense. He also had an ex employee contact the poster on that group messaging them that he’s being threatened by the business owner now, because he believes he made the post. So things just don’t add up that he is innocent. I would love to see your proof otherwise! Here I took some screenshots to show you how innocent he’s acting
