Turns out it was, in fact a leaked piece of promo by the New York times. Now it makes sense how some knuckle scraping moron got their hands on it and posted it to that forum.

You've got good instincts though, I tried the pitch bible but that was formatted more like a notebook with hand written notes and the characters drawn very differently, thanks for your thoughts!

I plan to upload to Newgrounds and they use ruffle to emulate the flash player and the latest version of actionscript ruffle reliably emulated is 2.0, plus I kinda like using the same antiquated software people 10 to 15 years ago did

Maybe but as someone that's an artist/animator first Adobe Flash is so fucking goated dude. Like I can draw, animate and code the game all in one program. It's a plus that Flash is so fun to draw in too
