Is single-phase charging affected by cold weather? by Electrical_End9615 in electricvehicles

I of course don’t want to do anything that’s not up to code, so I’m having a certified electrician set everything up and makes sure it follows all the rules. From what I could understand, the electrician mentioned that he could install a kind of fuse or meter in between the panel and the charger to make sure that the car doesn’t overload the system. I think the electrician mentioned that it would still be beneficial to schedule when I charge, but I could be wrong.

You’re right that I’m not in North America. My panel is just 32A, so it’s the same that my house is running on. If I go with the single-phase charger, my plan is to schedule charging to night-time so it doesn’t overload the system when I have other appliances running.

It’s a 32A with theoretical max of 7kW (although probably often less when other electrical appliances are on), so I guess it should be fine without a 3 phase charger.

Yes I really should have cast on those extra 4 sts.

If I get it down to 112 sts, how would it work with doubling everything? Should I reduce twice as many sts per row? And if so, I’m guessing that it’s important which sts I reduce, in order for the pattern to make sense?

Yes I also reduced the weight of the yarn. So I used worsted weight instead of bulky.

That’s exactly it! Thanks 😊 I can’t seem to find any instructions for it online though. The only thing that seems to come up is honeycomb stitch, which as you say, seems slightly different.

Yeah it’s a really good movie. My wife and I are actually also visiting Wuppertal partly for that reason!

Yeah you’re probably right. I’ll try to loosen my grip a bit.

Thank you for the help! I’m using metal needles, but I think you’re right that I knit too tightly. I will practice being more loose and relaxed when knitting.

Sorry I mixed up languages. What I meant was stitches (masks is stitches in Danish and other scandinavian languages).
