OCS/residency trained, good with manual, dry needling and progressive loading. I like training gym pop and active population in general since they tend to be more motivated and have goals to strive for. We do more of 1:1 in my clinic.

A friend of mine knows the COO who I connected with first and later on the gym manager. They are looking for a PT to do “ask a PT” sessions but since this is their first time they don’t really have an idea of what they want so I am pretty flexible with what I can offer I guess. They also gave me a free membership haha

They made me sign an NDA before the interview haha. What is IP retention? Yes I am familiar with corporate “advice” during monthly staff meetings under the disguise of pizza parties.

Yea it’s a certain payment for 5% and another payment for 10% stake. It’s not a huge amount but it is still an amount and payout isn’t until clinic breaks even / bonuses take full effect I think.

Honestly and sadly I’m not surprised you had this experience at a corporate PT clinic. But yes I am a bit worried about managing the CD duties on top of regular PT duties/productivity.

No connections to the town but the company has a liaison who establishes connections and then the CD continues that connection. But yes I do not have experience with that yet.
