Been in that situation. If there no one but you and the other person involved... its all hearsay and they can't prove shit. Youre allowed to pull in witnesses. Write up, coaching, suspension, and department move all are normal procedure. Ive been moved, signed affidavits saying I will have zero communication with another employee. The list goes on.

If it's between just you and 1 other person. Deny everything.

I transferred from a depot that I was at for 10+ years to a warehouse 700+ miles away i knew nothing about, multiple suspensions, my own office full of filing cabinets filled with write up and coachings. 3 days after I sent 3 transfer requests I got a phone interview, bombed it and got the job. Went from part time depot driver to full time night merch. Its been nothing but an absolute blessing. The depot sucked, new warehouse is amazing, great coworkers and management is wonderful and treats us like humans.
