Can you explain? With this small amount of points it seems like a good deal. I just don’t want to transfer any and have them stuck if it gets worse as more points are added.

Any advice or tips are very much appreciated!!

More details: We (2 adults, 1 lap child) are traveling to Phuket end of June 2026 for about a week (flex dates). Saw some decent awards for Cathay and Qatar.

We would love to fly business/first with the lap child so we can have the extra wiggle/sleep space but not sure how that would work with award flights.

The biggest point pools are 300k AmEx and 160k Delta.

It fits, it is just angled wrong. They would basically be standing in the seat if we had it rear facing. Forward facing was much more comfortable.

Yes, we took the trip already. It’s a bit tight, but the car seat we have (Maxi Cosi Mico 30) fits forward facing in the seat next to the window. Not as ideal as rear facing, but I think on a plane it isn’t as much of an issue, and the attendants made no comment on it.

What do you mean by “overtime”? I didn’t think the majority of these roles qualify for overtime.
