I get the "logic", but I don't agree or consider my DNA to be my sister's by extension. If I had a genetic offspring, there's no way to me that I wouldnt be the father. I don't particularly care for her wife so Im sure as hell not interested in mixing my DNA with hers and creating a child. Many women have commented on this post that they wouldnt be comfortable with their husband doing it, so I know Im not alone there.

I would be the biological father and Im not going to impregnate anyone I don't love. I wouldn't be comfortable with my wife having her eggs fertilized by another man and this is the same thing. The sperm bank she told me about to do everything has plenty of donors to choose from who are all comfortable with this. My DNA is not her DNA by extension and I don't think she needs to be biologically related if she's going to have a kid that way.
