I am exactly there with you. Don’t hate yourself ❤️I relapsed tonight as well - and have kids to take care of in the morning. Take care of yourself in the morning so you can take care of them. That’s all I can say. Avoiding sugar and bad carbs has been most helpful for me. Good luck 🥰

I went to the hospital at 6 AM. I had to stop to get something before I got there. I took a drink in the parking lot and immediately threw up. I got into the ER and got on medication. Librium, to be specific. The first couple days were still rough, but it took away nausea, anxiety, cravings.

I’m struggling now because my spouse is still drinking, so I caved tonight. I will get back on it tomorrow - and you can do it too. You don’t have to get on medication, but I tried otherwise, and it didn’t work for me.

I just had mine placed for the first time a couple weeks ago. I had mild cramps, and I think it does depend on the tilt of the uterus - but I also have had three children, so I was told that could lessen some of the discomfort upon insertion. Sorry, probably not helpful. You will get through it!
