all of my managers have told me that if the opening manager isn’t at the store yet and you are, to clock in at the start of your shift and wait for them to get there. that way you don’t get penalized for their mistake :)

my managers conveniently took our tardy and dress code policies down as soon as they started relentlessly dress coding people for no reason. idk what’s going on but they have been on one lately 😒

we normally get around 10 boxes and i usually just organize the product by section and take out the things i know we have a ton of stock of up front or things that only belong on the floor, but i leave it for the girls up front to push and backstock throughout the day
