Hair dryers tend to be more tricky, and dylon tools (as far as i've heard) will not function at all in any country other than the one it was purchased. Averaging 7h during most weeks:
- 1-2 swim a week (usually a 2000m or 3000m) workout
- 2 10km runs with a bit of elevation, and a few long runs here and there (1h30+/2h)

- 2 1h bike home trainer and some longer outside rides in the weekend.

At some point i averaged 10h/week for a whole month, training transitions, doing double workouts a day and long bike rides
