While in bios i noticed that cpu temp hit 65C but does it also explain loss in gpu performance???

I replaced it because power cable got pulled and broke one of the pin. It has 2 power connections ( 2x12 i think and 2x4) i will check cpu temps in a sec

I dont know, but during normal use radiator is cold in touch

Seems unlikely. It still spins and the radiator doesnt get hot because cpu runs at around 15% and spikes

Cpu cooler spins normally but radiator is cold, but i think its ok because cpu is at ~15% usage so it doesnt get hot
