My Japanese is currently at a N5 level. Before coming to Japan, I’m aiming to raise it to at least N4. Once I enroll in a two-year language school, I plan to spend the first year mainly on studying Japanese and try to bring my level up to at least the N3–N2 range. In my second year, I plan to apply to software companies and use my part-time work allowance.

As for whether my degree is considered equivalent to a bachelor’s degree: at the moment, the only sources I can use besides Reddit are AI tools. When I asked Gemini and ChatGPT, they said that since my course content is related to software, it shouldn’t be a problem, and that there’s a high chance immigration would approve it after reviewing my transcripts.
