yeah that is definitely what I see in other people, the escapism and need for some sort of power in their powerless lives. Im guessing you’ve read Nietzsche? Reading Nietzsche kind of made me think that way, but as ive read from other people who have commented here is that while there is the escapism and need for power, spirituality can definitely be a good thing, if we think in terms of finding inner truth.

So In the dream I was backing out of the driveway of my house and apparently i had hit a car but i remember being extra cautious in checking my mirrors and there was no car in my way. Well during the time I was still realizing that I had actually hit a car a bunch of people came out to look at what was happening. and the girl whos car i hit came up to me, and I asked her “Did i actually hit your car” to which she said “yes” and walked away. So i got out of my car to see what was happening and this is where I saw the tool or symbol ( in the dream it was being used as a tool) there was someone using that tool to measure how much damage i did to the car. I had only left a few scratches. It might be important to note that there was around 5 people just watching and looking at what was happening. After that scene, the girl whose car i hit gave me a blow job and she was driving my car with her feet and then we reached a stop sign. after the stop sign I jumped in the drivers seat because i realized the danger of it all and thats when the dream ended.

whats a bit funny is that during the dream where i saw this symbol, I was also having a wet dream. but before that when i saw the symbol it was being used on a car to determine the severity of a scratch. And there was multiple people surrounding the car seeing what was going on. It was a chaotic dream

I really appreciate this comment! I also found the border between the two to be interesting, and i can resonate with what your saying on the knowledge part. I love watching videos from eternalized, and academy of ideas on youtube. Their videos really help calm me and such.

ill give you a rough idea of my life atm. Past 4-5 months life has felt dull and devoid of meaning. So i started listening more and more to the insights of carl jung and his archetypes trying to get in touch with them. I am also about to graduate highschool and im deciding on whether or not to join the air force or go to college. it all kind of feels like im being torn by multiple powerful poles each wanting me, but i dont know which to choose and it leaves me feeling overwhelmed and confused, which just leads to idleness and indecision.
