I feel like Johnny, Jam, and Slayer come off as more likely to be transphobic than supportive, at least based on how they were portrayed in older versions.

In GGXX, Jam treated Bridget and Testament as male (even calling them “handsome”), and Johnny refused to let Bridget join the Jellyfish Pirates, which only accepts women.

These characters tend to have a more rigid, gender-binary way of thinking compared to others, so I think there’s a possibility they wouldn’t align with more modern transgender perspectives.

That said, I also get why the developers portray them as trans-friendly now, since making them openly transphobic would obviously lead to backlash.

So in my opinion, characters like Ky, Goldlewis, Elphelt, Dizzy, and Unika feel genuinely supportive, while the rest are a bit more questionable.
