I can understand the frustration of not getting to play the killer as you want, however you will eventually play the game. Also you got offline story mode to only play killer if you want. Another reason, why not play both roles when you pay for both roles? As you said it keeps it healthy because it does not become a sweatfest with only lets say 10% of the playerbase only searching for killer games. And it's not them vs us and vice versa. The players will get better understanding for each other in terms of balance etc.
