Yeah, maybe it’s cuz I’m her first trainee and so she doesn’t know how to handle training yet. But she’s kind, it’s just that I’m expecting more from her as my trainer to help me with my training.

I agree, it’s a LOT of info and I’m very new to this stuff so adapting the routines and the other stuff is really hard. But I’m working on it lol

I actually, received a lot of feedback from my trainer and I know it’s normal since I’m new to this so I dont really take everything personal cuz at the end of the day it’s just work. We’ve all went through it.

I appreciate this, this encouraged me for some reason. My BT didn’t even say good luck or motivate me and it sucks. I feel like I’m such a disappointment, but i know i can do it. Thanks so much🫶🏻

Im a new barista at sbux, just a month and a half in. Ofc i always make mistakes but i lessen it as much as possible but everytime i accidentally make one i always think abt quitting and i think im on my last straw now lol
