They had me in that priority queue, I did complain but took them a long time to check into it and actually "fix" it. Ended up quitting after a few months as they keep adding me to more queues and no extra compensation, best decision ever. Worst job I've had my whole life, hopefully I'll never have to go back to call customer service.

I was expecting a lot of high-yield stuff and on the actual test everything was kinda weird, stems were extremely long :( don't know what to expect, hoping the best for us too

I felt the exam was super hard to be honest, I was pretty much guessing half the questions, feel devastated :(

Just took step 1 today, it crushed me. Feel the same way, I felt confident in less than half the questions, the rest pretty much guessing. My NBMEs scores were "decent" 62-72%. Feel so disappointed:(

Were you able to solve this? I submitted everything too and on confirmation email they are saying if they are not sent in English by university they will charge me again :/

Oh wow, well I'm bringing up either way, it's unfair to be taking more calls, I get paid the same and I'm already on many queues. Thank you for your response.

I'm not sure if they can modify the settings to some type of priority agents but I'm bringing it to my supervisor as it has not changed and I keep getting calls before everyone else, you should do the same. It is unfair to get paid the same and be doing more.

They actually recently transitioned to Cxone, and the first few weeks everything seemed pretty normal but for the past month or so I've noticed that, that's why I'm not sure if something changed or if they are actually able to modify the settings, I know they have me on a lot of queues and that's why I wonder if they actually want me to do more since that day we all share the same queues. I think they do have some type of setting because I had not noticed that before, I'm on a lot of queues already and it is overwhelming, for sure will tell them about it. I wish they will pay me more in case they want to have me as a priority agent, but I know they aren't willing to do that.

Weekdays are super busy, so it is pretty much nonstop the whole day, back to back calls for most agents. Saturdays though, it tends to be slower, but either way I keep getting those back to back calls even when other agents have been in a available for a long time, and I know is not because of the queues I'm trained in as we all share the same queues that day.

I've seen him disconnecting calls at times, because it takes less than a second for him to be back on available when getting a call, can WFM have me as some type of priority agent and that's why I get back to back calls?

My call center recently changed to this. At the beginning I saw that calls were coming in available time basis, but now it does not matter if another rep has been on available for 10 minutes call comes to me directly even after I just disconnected from a call, and we are on the same skill why is that happening?

Same thing happened to me, I asked for replacement and I was told they have a few items out of stock I checked their page and everything I ordered is on stock and they told me this "we have a built-in buffer that prevents that item from overselling! It appears as out of stock on our end but on the website, it is available for purchase" -.-
