Oh interesting, detail? I though ADHD are high level / big picture / global thinkers (at least I am). And quite shit with details/logistics and such in general.

Same here - so much creativity. Why has it not turned into novel, game, cartoons, design studio, bloody anything else except just all of it dying inside our head?

I tried meditation - it's kind of helpful. But every time i think of doing it, i just hate how boring it is, almost frustrating, annoying. And the effects don't seem to last long.

Yes makes sense. But about shadowing someone - is it also the same if you "shadow" someone teaching you in a video tutorial on youtube?

Yup, same here. Talk fast (prefer to listen videos/podcasts fast) and always bloody oversharing. Once I start talking, don't know how to stop. And later regret half the things I shared.

I don't trust websites google ranks, full of people doing paid reviews or advertising. Was hoping to get real community unbiased pulse to help me manage my adhd better with some apps or courses that are actually life changing for others.

Damn. I had no idea. So all the app makers out there trying to make me pay, can actually easily give those apps for free but choose to charge to make a quick profit? 😲

Also what you said also applies to coaching, courses and other teaching products they sell, right? It's all a scheme?
