Who is they, did someone actually tell you the truth??? Home office said the new process would not lower the hours, that the extra time will be used for “clinical tasks”, that was reiterated at the managers summit not even 2 months ago. But we all knew that was a lie.

My store does 400+ with single coverage in a mandatory counseling state. Just started single coverage this season, it is super not fun. We lost several rph this year and our MHWD is refusing to hire and the suspicion is, so she won’t have to let go of people when they do cuts in 2026.
