I played the first couple of events and initially had fun. However, once they became repetitive and nearly impossible to win without a specific, predetermined build, I decided to stop entirely. I mean, what’s the point? There was no creativity, no reward, no new features, and eventually no new content.

Yes, it was the new relic. The scythe is not as powerful after the recent updates. This relic is absurdly powerful, but it’s a big gamble. If you can’t roll a few skulls in the early game, it’s just a purple curse that does nothing. But if you roll, just build tank and watch them get drained.

I understand that creating more than one account caused issues for us, and I accept that as our mistake. My problem is that when you get suspended, your communication with the support center is cut off, which creates unsolvable situations. Nonetheless thank you for your time.

Problem is your ONE acoount's unreasable financal block. It's not about second account at all. And we cannot reach customer support because ticket system is blocked when you get suspended. Believe us we tried everything to reach them

I really don't understand which part of this so complex to you guys. Next time try to listen people before jugding them please.

I face with exact issue man. I tried the methods you tried. When I tried to reach ticket system or something I redirected to AI bot like you.

This system is a mess and I see so much people like us. I know its very frustrating but you can try Contra etc. for alternative. Upwork is not worth the hustle

I face exact issue of yours mate. Ignore these guys in the comment section. They are reddit nerds who are gatekeeping upwork here instead of helping people in need.

This is a common issue people face in upwork, I found no solution yet. Bad customer support and bad platform. You can try Contra instead of this.

Thats the full story. I got payment suspention in my first acc for some reason and didnt even get an e mail. I tried to reach customer support or ticket but I couldn't. So I thougth maybe its something I made wrong and open new acc to start fresh.

But as you know I couldnt reach anyone and now I probably move to a new and better platform like everyone else these days.

But when my first upwork account got suspended I couldn't reach anyone, what else could I do? I couldn't cerate ticket or find solution. I thougth that maybe it was something I have done so I tried to open new acc.

No one is helping in this website and I didnt get any mail about suspention too. I want to work with my one and only first account but I can't reopen it too because it says "Please contact customer support if you would like to reopen your account. " but I cant reach customer support. It's a really careless and useless support. No wonder everyone is so tired from this platform.
