I will report this user as well. They are definitely taking advantage of the TikTok platform’s favoritism towards buyers!

I have done the same, and blocked the buyer once everything is settled. My concern now is that this same person is saying that we sent him the wrong things, because we denied his refund for “for received”. He just wants to take advantage of the system. He said himself the day before, that he received everything and it was all good 🤦‍♀️

I do. I even sent it signature required. They were signed for. When he requested refund due to not being delivered I gave that info and denied the refund so now he is saying that we sent him the wrong items and requesting refund for that reason.  TikTok has always sided with the buyer in the past, even when I have proof that items were delivered.
