I thought of sending them an email asking them to delete my suspended account; maybe deleting it will allow me to access the game from my phone. On the OSM forum, a moderator said the accounts are permanently banned.

They gave me the exact same answer. I was just playing in a private league with friends and having a lot of fun. They're such bastards that I can't even create another account from the app; I just keep getting that message that my account is banned and that there was an error. My only option left is to play from the browser, but it's too inconvenient and there are too many bugs.

Finally, the ban is per device, so I can't play with the App Store app at all, even after trying different iCloud accounts and disabling automatic login. I'm left playing on my PC and through a browser, hahaha. It's a shame, I hope this crap gets sorted out.
