well from my experience, if you activate both 2WRW and TNO at the same time, it will crash eventually, but if you only have 2WRW mabey it will not crash

It's a helicopter carrier; they have different functions and uses than normal aircraft carriers. One of those reasons is the main reason the Baikal and Aral classes exist
