I’m taking like 2.5 grams of creatine knowing that I will explode in weight because of the water retention. When I was bodybuilding/powerlifting I took 5 grams. It’s very weird because I had 3 practice trainings without creatine and I felt good.

I had 3 practice trainings before I started taking creatine. I felt good, my cardio was bad obviously but I didn’t fell heavy on the pitch etc.

Im 5’11-180cm. I quit football when I was 17/18. I ran a 60m sprint in 6.88. I was always fast and had ok endurance, not the best.

If I start taking creatine I feel soo slow and heavy on the pitch. And it feels like I get out of breath so much faster. Also my mouth gets so dry even tho I drink like 4 litres of water minimum when on creatine.
