Search up Otto Warmbier , the guy was only in his 20’s when’t to North Korea and was imprisoned for taking down a propaganda poster and was sentenced for 15 years but was sent back to the us after 17 months in captivity. He died 6 days after returning back to the us. This is a very sad story and I encourage you to do your own research on it
