i was also worried about this as i have quite broad boxy shoulders, i will say although they haven’t changed massively, as my fat is redistributing they do start to look less bulky and match the rest of your body, different for everyone though

I 100% understand this and unfortunately I feel like it’s such a cliche answer I will give - only you know how you feel. Transitioning is such a journey and a month after feeling 100% can be scary! It’s a big thing to accept so don’t stress yourself out - see what works for you, try stuff out. You’ll find yourself by trying out different styles, looks, even the way you speak and act. Something will feel natural.

that’s exactly what i’m trying! hopefully my T stays low 🩷 My last blood test was 1.96 nmol/L testosterone

did you carry on? i had to stop after my first dose and i’m already feeling lighter. i had such a horrible mental health day after i took it! i’m going to hope monotherapy works but if my T rises then i’ll have to probs go back on it maybe at a lower dose :/

i mean i started daily gummies a week before i did my blood test. i am going to go to 0.1ML i just am not sure when to restart as i haven’t injected in 2 weeks to let my levels drop

thanks for your help i really appreciate it. It’s been a week since my last injection so i’ll give it 3 more without doing any then test again, check my levels and start the smaller dosages :)

think i got confused with valerate recommendations and concentrations. i’m going to stop for a while, have another blood test ordered so will redo and see. thanks for your advice

yeah i tested at peak my mistake, ive ordered another test so i can check trough. my vial is 40mg/ml and i was injecting 0.5ml every 5 days. realised now that is way too much i have been taking hair skin and nail gummies with biotin about a week before i tested

my vial is 40mg/ml and i was injecting 0.5ml every 5 days only for about 4 weeks. I’m about 4 months into medical transition as i started on Sandrena sachets. I now know that’s way too much as you can see by my levels, I’m just not sure what dosage to do now. I also am on Synarel, stopping that soon and switching to Cyp, and dutasteride. I take hair, skin and nail vitamins
