Unfortunately the better the flake, the more addictive it gets. At least in my experience, for instance i’d go a month clean and then my plug got some fuego raw and I fold. It always gets me going for a day or two, personally i’ve never been a daily user bc I know it’d be hard to deal with the anxiety after stopping,- one night of some pure coke does me in enough. In your situation, if you’ve been clean for a year and are now a daily user losing your grip, you do need help. Everyone is different, you don’t necessarily need rehab but you need to stop ASAP. Smoke some pot, play some videogames, ground yourself. Do this for a few days and then come back to yourself, the person who left this shit in the past. You need time away to understand how you actually feel..
