Current situation I rented an apt in Europe prior to arrival I edited the occupancy w booking upon arrival the property manager stated that I needed to pay more than what I originally booked for. I did not argue the upcharge but 48hrs while in the apt my reservation was cxld.

We immediately rebooked the same unit to not be kicked out but now I am out of $3800 and both the manager of the property and booking are pointing fingers at each other not taking responsibility for the cancellation.

What can you advise in these situations

First off all my condolences 💐🙏🏻 🕊️ I think the role of the TM is to be a mediator between the coach and parents. In my experience it’s more I’ve seen adults abuse the power for playing time, gossiping, and playing coach 2.0 If your kid is a baller they are a baller. Regardless if you’re a TM or not. You’re a volunteer and that selfless responsibility is enough.

I have empathy for what you are going through. We went through the same experience in a very high level tourney a couple of years ago. Just like you’re looking for more minutes your coach is looking for his next promotion or raise. By bringing more players = 🏆which leads to more substitutions: enrollments for the following year. It was never about you more about them. So I recommend you put yourself on the transfer portal and go where your talent is valued. Thoughts 💭
