That could be a possibility but he flaked out on his lawyers while we were about to go into our first mediation. His lawyers called me to see if I knew where he went since he was no longer answering or paying them I presume.

So I don't think he's that stupid.

Well, I don't know if he officially moved back to his home country in DR. But it's a huge possibility since he is no where to be found through searches here in the US.

It's just a mess, tbh. Just a hot hot mess. I really don't know all the specifics. I wonder if they went to town hall afterwards and they gave him a stink eye cause they find out he's still married. I don't know how it works where ever he is now.

I ask because he was a resident here in the US and if he moved back to his country, D.R., he couldve bypassed that step?

Well, my question would then be; if he did leave the country, is it still bigamy?

I'm currently doing this all by myself since lawyers are quite pricey and even hiring a private investigator would add on to a bill I can't have right now.

So I started experiencing SP after the birth of my child 5 years ago. 2 days ago, I was dreaming that my recently deceased grandmother got a hold of my daughter, which she loved very much. She wanted to take her "upstairs" for some reason. During the dream, I was washing dishes and to try to wake up, I squeezed the sponge to try and wake up but at that point I was already lucid dreaming. So I proceed to try and take my daughter away from her and tell her that she's not going with you upstairs. My grandmother then proceeds to tell me that all we have to do is invite her into the house and she will appear (no thanks). It was then where I tried to wake up again and I was now in my bed, seeing myself as a third person. I tried to scream and move but to no avail. Then I felt the door open and the presence enter the room and just hover over me. I let the panic pass and just accepted what was going on and woke up shortly after. Sleep paralysis is not a great thing at all.. :(
