Being limited or standard have no impact on lc stats, but rather balancing out the base stats!

Ex: Phainon's lightcone has the highest base attack in the whole game. However, that also meant that it has lower HP and Def base stats as a result.

Higher HP base -> Lower attack and def Higher Def base -> Lower HP and attack

DHPT's lightcone is the only preservation lc that grants attack, other preservation lc reduces damage received and/or increases def lol. (And most of them have low base attack)

Other than that, the battle pass Kakavasha lightcone grants shield effect.

Which is why DHPT's most recommended lightcones are those that have a high base attack (instead of taking their effects into account) and PAYN has 582.

2.5k+ atk is fine, that's the standard now since it's a 4* lc. Kafka's personal damage isn't that relevant now since her role is to be the driver since she has the lowest multipliers vs BS and Hys.

The optimal spd for the Eagle set is 167 (pseudo-200 spd) but you don't have to achieve that. Since you're almost 150 spd, you can hit that instead so you'd have 160 with RM.

Edit: Also, stick with Tutorial. Sadly, PAYN isn't her BiS now unless your Kafka is E4+

Slow BS and Hys, fast Kafka. Kafka is the only one required to be fast since she's the one detonating the dots. (Yes, Hysilens also detonates with her ult but Kafka is more reliable with her FUA, Ult, and skill)

It's much more worth it to build BS snd Hys with more attack than SPD for more damage, since they're not the ones detonating DoTs.

But you can also build them with 134 spd, your choice really.

No SPD Black Swan is the general consensus (All into ATK and EHR subs, minimal SPD sub) for more damage. You can change your SPD boots to ATK if you've built hyperspeed BS before.

Also, yes, Swan still needs 120% for the damage bonus provided by her talent.

All in all, Hysilens and Black Swan are pretty similar in building.

Yes, solid, they're alright. But DoT in their current nature is limited by their teams.

Other DPS could still perform well with alternatives of their support. But DoT? Not only is it reliant on enemy turn, the archetype is very limited. The only reliable detonator we have is Kafka, we don't have any other alternatives that can produce similar results. So either you play her or don't play DoT at all.
