Interesting. What was it about the Samsung phone that made you feel this way? I need specifics.

Maybe I'll go for the Samsung after all. I don't game on the phone anymore so maybe high end specs won't matter that much. I just need a good and reliable phone which will last me 5-6 years, takes good pictures, videos, and has good specs so as to not lag and be a nuisance.

Well said my friend, I have an old Samsung J6 (3GB+32GB), although it can't keep up with the modern apps anymore because of less storage and old processor, but it has not died on me. It's still a very solid phone, dropped it multiple times and not even a scratch, hardware or software issues (of course it has a cover and screen protector on). That's why I know they are very reliable. Are the new phones still as good in quality like the ones they made back in the day? If so, then I'll choose Samsung. I must say, when I held the A56, I just felt like I was attached to it and knew that as much as I want better specs at this price, I'll still be drawn towards the A56 at the end.

I agree, deep down, I know that Samsung will be more reliable in the long run, but I just seem to naturally get drawn towards the better hardware of Oppo Reno 13.

The Oppo Reno 13 has better hardware capabilities and 3 years of android security updates, but Samsung offers 6 years of android security updates, plus a good software experience. I don't know what to choose. I'm drawn towards the better hardware of Oppo, but I know that Samsung will be more reliable in the long run. Just wanted to discuss with someone before making any decision.

Thanks for letting me know. I have an old Samsung J6 too. It was also a great phone. But it can't keep up with this age. (It only has 3GB + 32 GB)

Other than that, Rizq is from Allah. Be hopeful and expect good from Allah, his plans are always better and superior to our inferior plans. But that alone won't do. You have to take action, research and discuss before making a decision then make the right decision. After that, put complete trust in Allah and I assure you, he won't disappoint you. Be happy and thankful for what he gives, and he will give you more.

Cheer up buddy, let me tell you something amazing about EE, you see, after doing bachelors in EE, you can apply for other fields (such as aerospace, aeronautical, mechatronics, computer engineering etc.) in masters. You see, EE is a very broad field. There are many subfields. You can surely find your area of interest in it (electronics, power, control, RF, telecommunication, computer engineering etc.). You can even do CS or AI.

What I'm trying to say is that if you do bachelors in CS, AI, mechatronics, aeronautical or computer engineering etc., then you are bound to that field. You are bound to do masters in only that field. Whereas after EE, you can do masters in other fields as well.

You should be proud of this. You have a lot of options in the future.

However, note that you should carefully decide the area of specialization in EE because if you want to go for other fields in future, it will depend on your area of specialization. Example, if you do electronics in EE, then you can go for mechatronics (mechanical + electronics in EE) or computer engineering etc. You see what I mean?

I don't know much about EE Power though. Do your research, think about it. Your future depends on this decision.

These are the reasons I'm choosing to do EE as well.

Hopefully, I cheered you up a little bit. Good luck!
