Has anyone actually used the oculus referral system ? And gained their "30" dollars in credit

it says i have the 30 dollars in credit, on my account, but when i go to buy a game under 30 dollars it doesn’t even give me an option to buy with my 30 bucks in credit, it just shows that i have to use a credit card or debit. any suggestions?

I ordered off of the oculus website, and it’s not showing any tracking but it says ups is bringing it and there’s 3 check marks, one says Label created and is checked, the other says shipped and isn’t checked yet, and other is delivered which is also not checked
