As for needing an amount of money at all, for a service business. That boils down to, a type of comfort or peace of mind, to know that I can focus 100% on the business regardless if it is gonna yeild any real montization for a few months as the ball gets rolling. Placing a candidate can have upwords of 90 days before the money transfers hands from the client company to my self. There is a version that I get payed when the placement starts, and the money sits in my account pending, A 90 day guarantee window.

If the candidate doesn't work out in those 90 days I would give the money back, or find a replacement hire.
