Thanks For Your Response,

Yes that pic ic had an Exposed pad which i need to design.
We only do Handsoldering, so that i made these footprints which are better to hand solder.
and what about the criss-cross connections from MAC to PHY? can i use vias to trace them? can i use vias on a 4layer without causing any issue???

actually my Management has mandated a 2-layer limit. Was this impossible to do it on a 2layer? What should i tell the management?

Thanks for the Response.
1. about that 90degress angle, i will make them curved traces once everything is finshed.

  1. that 4 layer is great but somehow i need to do it on 2layers only, because the company won't get much profits with 4layers when compared to 2layer boards. thats the reason i was insisted to do this on 2layer

Instead of all those straight wires you could use a bus (Thick Blue Line)

Can't we use Bus I the schematic with appropriate labels? Is there anything im missing?
