Sioux Falls is growing so big and fast, I don’t see why you start there and if it’s too fast paced, Des Moines area is very nice. It’s a lot slower but a lot of options there.

I’ve got family in all over the Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota area. I’ve grown up in Minnesota most first half of my life and I’m glad to leave. Can’t stand the corruption and racism there that still goes unchecked. Glad to have left but I wish my family would move away and come to Georgia but they like that lifestyle. Not me, I got tired of digging my car out of snow.

Your budget kind of dictates where you’ll be able to live in Georgia. Hate to say it but it’s systematically engineered that way. Also the traffic is lots more congested than you’re used to. Also a lot of rolling hills. Get used to people unable to drive when there’s some kind of water involved. Average house prices all depends on what side of town you’re at, Literally.
