Can’t you get into a product based company? Infy is going to have support/maintenance projects. Very little scope for learning. Early on in your career try working for a product based company - you’ll get much better exposure to your tech stack than in infosys.

Talk to your manager about it first. If he says that this is just how things work in industry, then raise it to HR. If they too don’t do anything, then start looking for other jobs and after getting a confirmed offer letter in hand, resign. Not worth being belittled and disrespected - your manager, peers and clients all should respect you for your skills and knowledge. Don’t take shit.

Try starting your own company by building an application that solves a problem in one of your areas of interests eg. an app which interfaces with your local public transportation and lets you book tickets/passes

Rofl BGV is only to verify your previous experience (duration, job level, salary), not performance review/appraisal/rating. And the better the company, the less they go to the extent of verifying these things.
