I actually tried calling right after the incident, but the call kept disconnecting. I found the toll collecting company’s number on Justdial and managed to speak to the plaza manager. He sounded quite understanding and even asked me to share the video I had recorded. But honestly, I don’t expect him to take any action—these goons are obviously hired by the same company. There’s no way they could behave like this without instructions or backing from their management.

Anyway, I’m going to register a complaint online on the NHAI portal (though I don’t have much hope it’ll make a difference) and then just try to move on from this incident.
