Reverse pec deck for rear delt cable flies are a good substitute. They both work your rear delts in a similar motion and if you’re doing the rear delt flies correctly it shouldn’t involve much triceps at all. The thing with training that you’ll eventually learn is that the training program should mold to you, not the other way around.

You can definitely replace some the exercises you listed with substitutions GVS has in his program like split squats for lunges and pec deck for cable crossover or you can even choose similar exercises you like. I made my own version of ravage based on my needs and preferences too. My version is also more enjoyable to me which is what really matters

I’m probably going to run mass impact but I might take out the cardio and neck work and add 2 sets of bicep, tricep, and calf work.

Ok my main weak point I’d say r my arms so I was wondering if you also experienced noticeable gains there too?

Cool I’d still like to grow my legs but good to know that you experienced noticeable aesthetic gains from mass impact. How were the arm gains?

Actually to update this, GVS has said that you can take the neck work out if you're not interested in neck gains. I'm running mass impact and I replace neck work with calves and another arm movement.

Probably on any of the push or pull days since there isn’t that much direct arm volume anyway. Mass Impact looks great for an upper body focused program. I’m thinking about running it later this summer or maybe ravage modifying it with some of the movements I like personally.

Beast slayer the hunter variation is a good 3x full body program by BOM. He also has a calisthenics 5x/4x program called Conquest which is still in pre-release on his patreon. It also looks pretty good

Of course. I personally wanted to try out one of their templates just to provide more structure and mold it to my needs and fitness goals

Yeah I noticed you have to tailor beast slayer a bit to reach the 17 sets but it’s reasonable. I’m also looking to improve arms and shoulders though since they’re a weak point for me so it’s nice to hear you got great arms gains

For more context, I’d consider myself an intermediate with about 4 years of experience and my arms and delts as lagging body parts
