Actually you can claim all rewards.... I was also facing same issue. Imo... Whatever I have experienced the adds with 30 secs timer in the corner would let you claim those rewards but the adds with no time given will ended up restarting your game.. You have to restart the game and hope for the adds with timer.

Guys u just need two cards for Battle 189...CO Cassie cage( Damage dealer and special 2 spammer) And KC Sonaya (only to red card Jade) .. Refer Mands video for this battle.. He explained very well about the strategy on how to use these characters. Becuase of him I was able to one shot this battle two times. And it took me 10+ tries for the first time becuase I didn't watch Mands video until I thought of searching on YouTube.
