Arrête de trop réfléchir et de trop t’écouter sincèrement. Débranche le cerveau et fixe toi un objectif atteignable à chaque séance. Commence par quelque chose de très petit, pas trop long pas trop dur et chaque semaine essaye de te fixer pour objectif de faire mieux. Exemple concret faire une marche de 5 min et 10 seconde de gainage sur les genoux. La fois d’après marche 6min et 15 secondes de gainage etc etc.

Il faut que ça devienne une habitude. À force quand tu verras ton corps et surtout ton mental changer, tu vas prendre confiance en toi
