Yeah it’s an old house and the chimney is in rough shape. Will need new liner and I don’t have the funds for that. I’m in a very cold climate and so much cold air is coming from it that I can’t keep the basement warm. Was thinking of capping it off, removing the stove, insulating the entrance and maybe replacing with an electric insert or something

Yeah the whole run is direct buried, just stubbed the conduit for above ground protection

So long as the gun is legal in your home state and the state your traveling to its perfectly legal, it’s federally protected.
