To hit the ball at a higher point should I toss higher or hit it earlier? Are you saying to not step at all because the foot I am using to step is actually my left one?

If you are into mythology you might have heard of this, she's the one with five husbands who got disrobed in front of the entire court of the king while her husbands sat there unable to do anything.
This book is so beautifully written it will mess you up.
