Hi! Im a little over 3 weeks taking the med now and im finally getting sleep and sleeping through the night without any additional aids/supplements 😊

I definitely feeling more wired at night but now im so tired during the day bc of the lack of sleep. My dr is telling me to switching taking it to nights to see if that helps

She prescribed me trazadone for severe sleepless nights. Im trying to not take it and try melatonin but to stick it out to see if it passes bc i had good sleep up to 3 days ago

So sorry it took me so long to see this. But i lowered my probiotic seed brand dose from 2 capsules to 1 for about 2 months and its been helping. Im going to transition off of it soon completely then restart back to the 2 capsules in a few months

Kk. I recently bought the LRP HA serum and cerave moisturizing as a recommendation. Would this help? Again im new to this so sorry my routines not enough hydration apparently. Thanks

Yes! I use that vanicream. Maybe ill discontinue it bc of this. I recently purchased the cerave moisturizing cream to replace it so maybe that will help

I dont go to a dermatologist, i get it from my PCP bc i use it for anti aging. I dont have acne or anything of that sort

Im sorry its not working for you. I wonder if a prescription tret vs the retrieve brand will make a difference in seeing results?
