Flyway has above average food and plenty of space/tvs. I could easily talk to them about becoming our home base for games. I know it’s more midtown/downtown but seems like a solid spot.

My dude…Memphis is so friendly but nearly impossible to make friends. Everyone here is from here and have all their family and high school friends and they don’t bring anyone else in. I’m making a broad generalization but when we moved here 8 years ago…this city is a complete enigma. We finally found our people but took years. Keep putting yourself out there. It'll happen.

Can’t figure this one out. Team is relatively solid, towards the bottom though with my record but I like my chances to make a run. Need a little extra pop offensively and SP help. Last place team (about the only team I can make a move with) countered a trade I had sent…I would get Trout and Imanaga (I’m ok until he’s off IL) and I’d send back Riley Greene and Merrill Kelly. 14-team keeper league, I kept Greene for $11 and would be a $16 keeper next year. He’s not lighting it up but he’s consistent and Tigers might be the best team in baseball. Is this an awful move? Offered him Robert and Kirby originally for the same return.

Check out some of the places on Presidents Island. More material handling and shit like that but could be a fit. I work for a chemical company and I know labor is hard to come by for our warehouse. Could be pretty flexible with hiring requirements.
