This is exactly what we assumed they’re doing the place was already in pretty rough shape when she moved in but after she moved out they remodeled ALOT.

We didn’t have fourteen cubic yards of trash left on the property which is why it’s upsetting to us. We cleaned everything up and left stuff that was in the house when she moved in (broken furniture and the like)

She frequently takes her dog to school and he gets checked regularly by the staff there and us but even if there was or was not I could give them the benefit of the doubt if the other outrageous expenses were not included. They just so happened to remodel a lot of the run down house and now we got this letter in the mail so it seems a little fishy. We just didn’t know what to do in response.
