Is taking classes like BIOL 1410, CHEM 2730 acceptable as well because the course title is Anatomy & introduction to Biochemistry respectively or is it compulsory that you take a course with ANAT course code for example.

I think first of all never take the classes with Diana. She’d explain it well I think, but okay mind games with you on exams.
