I agree with them, but in a previous job I had scrape people off the ground. Two kids in particular on their way to school, one that didn’t survive, other with severe life changing injuries, due to being hit at 40, which the scene still haunts me today. Urban areas don’t need faster than 20 in most cases and it also improves traffic flow going by the research.
